The world is facing unprecedented challenges that require innovative solutions and responsible global citizens. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a blueprint for a sustainable future, and higher education institutions play a critical role in equipping young people with the knowledge, skills, and values to address these challenges.

Makawanpur Multiple Campus is proud to host an International Conference on “Localizing Sustainable Development Goals in Higher Education: Strengthening Youth Capacity.” This conference aims to explore the role of higher education institutions in achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to enhance the capacity of youth to contribute to sustainable development. The conference aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among academics, policymakers, practitioners, and students to explore strategies for localizing the SDGs in higher education and empowering youth to become agents of change.
